I'm thinking of making a "Fiero" trailer, seeing as how I have a bunch of parts here.  Don't want to cut one in half, just use the body parts to make the outside look like a Fiero.  I'm favouring this one, maybe adding a spare wheel/tire to the front.

I am considering making the tow bar/receiver out of ABS.  That way anyone wishing to have a copy made could just take the sample to a welder and have it done up.  Good idea?

I like the trailers that use both the front and rear of the Fiero more as the look nicer and would be more aeor dynamic. But for some that drive slower then snails that style would most likely work better. Dan

The one I have a pic of like that is basically a front and rear fascia with a hood on top. There is no space inside to speak of.  If someone took a mold of one and made it all fibreglass it would be a bit easier to make, but still tiny.

You could get as much space with a tub on a rack stuck in the receiver.

I think the ones with the roof section attached look dumb.

I don't drive slow, I'm just cautious.  I no longer have a supply of axles.   Roll Eyes

I have been looking into doing the "AERO" style trailer.... missing a wrecked car to get the front end from it. It is turning out to be a long term project though.

Princess auto has the torsion axles on sale again.... expensive but very tempting for this project.
