I have a pair on my GT rims (that no one wants to buy) that need to be removed and mounted on my new rims.  Is that a double charge?

Speaking of tires I am about to take off the stock 14's for my after market 16's and do not want to store them.
Does any one need four aluminum 14" Fiero rims with good tires on them that would even pass a safety. Dan

It's still just one dismount + mount, no different than pulling off a bald tire & installing a new one.
