New GM 3900 V6 and HD 4 spd auto, plus Fiero engine cradle

Selling new 3900 cc V6 from a 2006 Impala LTZ with attached 4T65e HD transmission.  NEW as in has three (3) miles on it.  Purchased from Schram Automotive (official GM recycler) in 2006.  See pic of exhaust manifold with virtually zero carbon deposit.  Bought for Fiero swap which never materialized - too busy with boats, the SS and travel.

Engine has been oiled (spark plugs removed) and turned over semiannually.  Has complete wiring harness and ECM and PCM modules.  Engine has VVT and dual plane intake and (I've read) responds exceptionally well to turbo boost.  Makes 240 hp and 240 ft-lbs torque stock.  3900 has aluminum heads, big valves.

Will separate engine and tranny.  Have about $2600 in it, my loss your gain, make me an offer.

Fiero engine cradle, rubber removed and painted with yellow PQR 15 (rust resistant) paint.  $200 obo.
