Go with a nice low mileage series II or III 3800 N/A or SC and you will not regret it, the 3800SC will out perform the 3.4 DOHC in every way so do not waste your time there plus the 3800 is a very nice fit in the Fiero engine bay with lots of room to work on and around it unlike the stock 2.8.
If you really want to do it take the time to make the drive to Peterborough and I will show you exactly what is involved and needed to do this swap on your own. Dan

I noticed that 3 of the senors do not fit the Series III sensors: Oil Pressure Senor, Evap Purge and the 8 pin connetor's clip was broken. I'd appreciate it if you sent me either the proper sensors or the proper connectors.

aaron88 was with me to witness that these sensors did not fit and that the 8 pin connector clip was broken.

I've emailed you about the issue and haven't heard back yet.

As I told you the clip was not broken when it left here because after you tried to mess around with me when purchasing it the firs time I double checked it and the oil pressure sensor needs to be the 88 V6 style so the gauge actually reads and the 3800SC EVAP system is not used in the Fiero swap just like I told you when I sold the harness to you.
Funny how the guys that try to nickle and dime you always come back trying to insult you. Every time you asked me about a harness you tried to drop the price on your own and ask for more things to go with it for free.
Now as I told you if your engine has the newer small harness for the ignition module I can send you one of the older styles to work with the harness. Dan

Never tried to mess around with anyone. Lets just get that straight. I was not aware you didn't take paypal or etransfer just like every other man of the 21st century does and previous Fiero part sellers Ive dealt with for parts has, which is why I came back with my payment four days after in cash. I dont believe that's an attempt to "mess around". Nobody would drive 300kms to "mess around" with someone, its simply not a logical thing to do as I would be wasting gas and my own time.

My reason for bringing this abroad onto the forum was because I've yet to hear back from you. Perhaps you should read the email and see that I appreciated your work. Better yet, I'll screenshot it and post it. Not sure as to how I insulted you by confronting my issue with a product you supplied? It seemed to have gotten your attention finally once I posted it on the forum. As for "Every time you asked me about a harness you tried to drop the price on your own and ask for more things to go with it for free.", that is what some people like to call bartering. It's always worth a shot to see if you can get a good deal. We discussed or bartered our deal over email  and when the time came to pay with cash, I paid the price that we agreed to without any lower propositions.

As for the clip, the edges as to where the plastic broke are worn down, not sharp or harsh as they typically would be after breaking. Never the less I appreciate you responding finally over the forum and finally over email after I sent two other previous to the one I sent tonight. I will continue to email you now that I have finally reached you, if you believe I have offended you by simply posting this upon a forum to get your attention then feel free to a grudge till the day you're eight feet deep and as well not respond to my continuing emails.

As for you, I find it firstly immature that you become involved in a matter which is of none of your business. Secondly I had already discussed with you as to why I was not able to meet the prices we had agreed to due to my financial status at the time, I never accepted your money so therefore I feel was not obligated to honoring the price we had briefly agreed to can machine (Geoff or Mr. Reid) Wink

As I said the Ottawa Fiero community is a small one. I won't post copy's of our emails. If you post something on a open forum you can't really complain if someone else chimes in. You could of just posted "Dan I sent you a email".   Cry

This really doesn't need to get nasty here.

Church;  I do remember you saying that you had an oil pressure sensor that you needed to swap in, so you did know about that part.

evap purge is a non issue.  So this nastyness is over one broken connector??  Church, I know your frustrated with your swap but this is how we learn as human beings.  Personally I think that where the connector got broken is a non issue....it's broken.  Options.

Dan; maybe you could tell Church what exactly to look for so that he could pull a sensor from a yard.

Church;  If you bring over the replacement connector and the harness I can show you how to replace the connector.  Or I'm sure the internet has a bunch of videos on it.  I recommend solder though.

Your only limitations are set from within, by a lack of vision.  But to have vision alone leaves the process idle.  Ergo, without action your thoughts are worthless.

Sorry about the confusion.

Great harness, clean job, all connectors are good but the broken one which might've been either one of our faults, i zip tied it together anyways.

No complaints so far, great job Dan, thanks again! I'll be positing photos of it in the product review for others.
