Just want to take a moment to say thank you to all I have known the Ottawa Fiero club has a lot of nice people on it that I consider friends.
If things go well on Wednesday the 13th I will be up to some meetings this summer if not then this is why I am saying thanks for every thing in advance just in case as you never know how the courts will go and with today's justice system no one cares any more about guilt or innocence it is all about convictions and politics. My mother went through an ugly separation and unfortunately the aftermath lasted a good 15 years!  A few things I know about court:
- being mad gets you nothing
- tears real or fake buy you alot
- the longer one fights the longer one pay$ for it
- a lawyer can usually get a child to sign anything

And I bet there was no compensation for dragging you though a bunch of bull for so long all for nothing.  It's retarded how that works.

No she is not out any thing took every thing I owned and gave up my home both against family court orders and nothing.
Told all these lies that cost me over a year and a half of stress and bail conditions, the forced sale of my car, over $15,000 in debts for lawyer bills, a week in jail and the loss of my kids for almost two months till they ran for safety and CAS finally got involved enough to get myself and my girlfriend custody till it was all over.
Expenses to her ZERO, she has almost all my possessions as well as my kids stuff collected the child tax benefit for over 6 months illegally by telling them she had the kids and was not charged, lied to collect assistance for them for months and again no charges.
Even after the Judge pointed out how they were full of crap in their stories still no charges all because the courts are afraid to set a presidence that might prevent some one who actually has this done to them from coming forward if there is a chance they could be charged for purgery if it goes wrong. I get that to a certain point but there has to be a limit.
Or in the case of my ex get enough shelters, battered wives clubs and women's organizations behind you with your bull crap lies and you can force almost any thing through today's courts.
Of course I have what I wanted all three of my children in my custody safe and happy to be away from their mother, just need to spend the next few years paying down all the debts run up clearing my name of their lies.

Dan all I can say is that the system is BS.  While I have not been in your situation, I have suffered from the legal systems inability to protect the innocent more than once. The last round saw me turned from the victim into the criminal in fact. All I can say is keep your head up and work towards the future, the Past is nothing more than hard learned lessons.  Good luck man!

As far as clearing your name.  From my understanding, the fact that your won your case and that the children are with you.  I think that speaks for itself.  The doubters can suck on that lemon.
