Missing pieces?

I'm trying to get all the pieces together for my new rear struts. I've got new rear upper mounts, lowering springs and I'll be getting a new boot kit. I'm looking for the upper piece that retains the spring, not sure what it is called (upper spring perch, strut plate) I does not look like I can buy these new. Does any body have any spares in good condition? I've got an old set of struts but the plates are rusted thru. If worse comes to worse I'll reuse the ones on the car now, but I was hoping to have them all together so I can just do a straight swap.

Are there any other cars that were the same or are they unique to the fiero?
