I'll be there for sure
If I can jump in with this though. Last season there was talk of doing a drive-in day. Would there be enough interest to do something like that after this Saturdays club meeting? Bring some DVDs and we are set. For audio, an FM stereo transmitter will do the trick. But we will need to locate a nice large white wall...a projector will do the rest!

That would be cool to resurrect this idea from last year, maybe we can figure out who will bring what on Sat.

Bah... cruise on down to Kingston. Last time I checked, they still had an operating drive-in theatre.
...and county road 10 from Westport to Kingston is a blast.

Hmmm, I didn't know they still had an operational drive-in down there. Just county road 10 alone would be a blast! Thats a club outing we should consider.

The best bet is a baseball diamond late at night, just let the city know in advance and were good.
I recomend the ball pack in blackburn. big and away from city lights.
Cheers!

When I first mentioned that, I didn't know whether or not they were still in business--was going purely on memory. It's been at least... 5 years since I visited Kingston's drive in. I still know where it is though--on McAdoo's lane, not far from where McAdoo meets Division St. (just north of the 401).
If a Google search can be believed however,
Kingston Family Funworld
is still live & kicking.
