Since I have decided to do my whole package at once, including the 3.4 swap (all parts now arrived in my messy, heavily cluttered garage
) I am going to be getting rid of my 2.8 and 4 spd that are presently in the car.
I am hoping to find a home for them as soon as they come out. If you see my garage you will know what I mean.
I am mentioning this first here; then will post in the GTA. I think ebay is a bit unrealistic for heavy items. Engine started and ran VERY well but needs clutch. Idled a bit high when cold but settled down and was very good once warmed up. This is a COMPLETE engine package; manifolds and all. It runs fine (exc clutch as noted) and should not need much attention I don't think. It is simply a matter of space. Or lack of it.
I could make it a whole cradle package if need be (and if I know sooner rather than later); cradle, struts and springs and axles and all if that works best for someone. This will be coming out within the next month with luck and I can arrange/provide transporation, loading and unloading if that helps. (Have a hoist and can borrow a van....
)
Any interested parties please let me know; I am planning otherwise on selling the struts and springs and other parts separately and may ebay the trans as it is light enough for reasonable shipping.
