Now if he'd be as diligent answering e-mail/PM's/etc. as he is in working on his cars, I'd be happy.

At one point he answered correspondance within two days.  I've spent the last week trying to contact him regarding where in the backlog of hood vent orders I am, and I haven't heard a thing.
